Operational update during Covid-19.

We are continuing to follow the latest government guidelines to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our team and customers and remain open and fully operational.

There may be some disruption to delivery lead times and we would ask you plan for this or contact us in advance if you have any specific requirements.

November Lockdown Update:

Fully operational:

We are well prepared for the November lockdown. Lessons have been learnt from the first lockdown and we are following the latest government guidelines to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our team and customers. We will be fully operational.

Lead times:

We do have to adapt, and some team members will be working from home so there may be some slight delays in communication. We have plenty of stock of the core product ranges, however anything specialist may have a longer lead time. We would recommend you contact us in advance if you have specific deadlines.

Deliveries and Couriers:

Courier services may be impacted. Whilst we will aim to offer a comprehensive service, from experience, we anticipate that there may be some disruption and delays in the service levels offered by the couriers during lockdown. If you have any specific deadlines or requirements, we would ask you to confirm in advance of ordering. Next day services may not be available during this time.

We would ask you to plan for some disruption in build times and delivery schedules during the lockdown period.

As things are improving and the factory is adhering to government guidelines, fridge production is starting to get back to normal levels but not fully there yet. Courier services, although better, are still being impeded and certain delivery options still cannot be offered. For example, it is still difficult for us to offer a next day delivery service.

As an average, we are delivering within approximately 5 working days. This however can be impacted by location and the refrigerator or freezer models ordered.

We are doing all we can to get service levels back to normal but we hope you can understand that there are guidelines we are all working towards to ensure the safety of everybody whilst trying to assist you in the most efficient way possible.

If you have any specific, time-sensitive delivery requirements we would recommend you contact us in advance of ordering.

We look forward to returning to full-service levels as soon as it is safe and practical to do so.

During this unprecedented situation we've been following government guidelines to ensure the safety and wellbeing of our team and customers. Whilst we are still operational, we are working remotely and factory production is limited. Deliveries are still taking place however ‘next day’ delivery services are now restricted to key sites such as NHS Trusts, care homes, nurseries etc. Standard delivery to all ‘non-essential sites is taking approximately 3-5 working days.

Please note: Model availability is constantly changing as stock levels have been depleted and replenishment of these units is taking longer due to the reduced production capabilities. Delivery times stated may not be accurate and subject to change.

We hope you can understand that manufacturing, distribution and delivery services are all being impacted and orders may be subject to change and further restrictions.

If you would like to place time sensitive orders we would recommend you contact us in advance to check stock and delivery availability and inform us of any special delivery requirements, helping us protect your safety and that of our delivery teams.

We hope this situation improves as quickly as possible and look forward to working with you all again when normality resumes.
